4. Ordering & Procurement

Prices are subject to change based on supplier pricing, exchange rates, and market conditions.
Lead times depend on local and international logistics.
Raymfield Uganda may decline an order if it does not meet compliance, availability, or feasibility conditions.
Any errors in product specifications provided by the client are the client’s responsibility.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made according to the terms specified in invoices or contracts.
Late payments may attract penalties or delays in processing orders.
Raymfield Uganda is not responsible for losses arising from delays caused by incomplete payment.
6. Delivery & Logistics
We coordinate delivery through verified logistics partners. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs delays, clearance issues, and shipping disruptions may affect timelines.
Risk transfers to the client once goods leave the supplier/manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Clients are responsible for verifying delivered goods upon receipt.
7. Warranties & Product Quality
Raymfield Uganda sources goods from certified manufacturers and reputable suppliers.
Any warranties or guarantees originate from the manufacturer, not Raymfield Uganda.
Raymfield Uganda will assist in claim facilitation but is not liable for decisions made by the manufacturer.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
Goods delivered do not match the agreed specifications, OR
Goods are defective upon arrival, and the defect is verified.
Returns do not apply to:
Damages caused by improper handling after delivery
Custom or special-order items
Consumables already opened or used
Refunds are processed only after investigation and confirmation.
9. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
Raymfield Uganda complies with:
Uganda Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA)
International donor procurement standards (as applicable)
Import/export, customs, and taxation regulations
Anti-corruption and anti-fraud frameworks
Clients must also comply with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to their orders.
10. Limitation of Liability
Raymfield Uganda Limited is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Delays caused by third-party suppliers, logistics providers, or customs authorities
Incorrect product specifications provided by the client
Losses related to market price fluctuations or currency changes
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific contract or purchase order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and documents — is the property of Raymfield Uganda Limited.
