Whistleblowing: Report a Concern
If you suspect bribery, fraud, unsafe practice or another breach of our Code of Ethics, tell us. Employees, clients, suppliers and members of the public may all report.
How to report
Write to: The Directors, Raymfield Uganda Limited, Plot 24 Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road, Bifro House, First Floor, Suite 7, Opposite Stabex Fuel Station, Kampala, Uganda. Mark the envelope Private and confidential. You may report anonymously. Reports with names, dates, places and documents are easier to investigate.
What to include
What happened, when, where, who was involved and any evidence you hold. Do not investigate on your own.
What happens next
- A person who is not involved in the matter reviews it and decides how to investigate.
- Reports and identities are treated confidentially, with details shared only with those who need them or where the law requires.
- Where the report is well founded, appropriate action is taken.
Protection
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. Retaliation is itself a breach of our Code of Ethics.
