Supplier Registration Requirements

1. Company Details
Company details. Provide your registered business name, primary contact person, email address, telephone number, physical address, TIN, and company registration number where applicable.
Supply categories. Identify the goods or services your company can supply, including product categories, brands, technical specializations, delivery regions, and available capacity.
Experience and references. Share relevant client history, project experience, delivery records, or references that demonstrate your ability to meet specifications and timelines.
Compliance documents. Prepare current registration, tax, certification, quality assurance, or authorization documents that may be required during supplier verification or quotation review.
Review process. Raymfield reviews supplier information against project needs, product quality, pricing, delivery reliability, and documentation readiness before inviting suppliers to participate in relevant opportunities.
